子供の時から、親父の部屋を覗きに行くのが好きだったんだ。
なにかしら楽しい物や、笑える行動があったよ。
　
コンコンとノックする。「おーい、お父さーん」「…なんだ？」

ある時は、机で姿勢正しくマンガを読む親父。横には「うる星やつら」全巻。
ある時は、家に無い筈のファミコンでマリオをしてた。
ある時は、虫眼鏡と極小ハサミで、紙を切って原寸大のアリの模型を作ってた。
ある時は、エレキギターを分解して、半田つけとかしてた。
ある時は、だらだら寝転がって、カフカとか読んでた。
ある時は、ダイエットボールの上でふわふわ揺れてた。
ある時は、パイプとベレー帽姿で油絵を描いてた。
ある時は、「フェルマーの定理」を解こうと紙に数字を書きまくってた。
ある時は、鏡文字の練習。裏から透かしてみたら、そりゃ見事な書体だったw

どれも中途半端で終わらなかったのが、すごいな。

先月に80歳で亡くなって、いま遺品整理にかかっている。
もう親父がいない部屋で、ビリーズ・ブートキャンプ見つけたw
爆笑してから、少しだけ泣いたw

親父、俺この部屋もらうよ。
楽しかったよ、ずっとありがとな、お父さん
